I am a beginner and seek to experience the health benefits of a body and mind centered massage. What do i do?

This is relaxing but much more, it is restorative and nurturing.
 
If you are new at this, it is best to learn slowly and start with little steps that will open the mind and body  Experience a LOMI LOM massage first and we take it from there. Walking comes before running when it is a new experience in your body.
 
For the people who just had a regular, erotic, linear, technical, localized or nonintentional massage, it may be hard to understand that MASSAGE CAN HEAL and at many different levels. IT DOES more and for the same or less investment!  
 
We can coach you softly to bring more body/self-awareness thus you can experience some or all aspects (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and sexual) of our SELF-HEALING process.
 
Your needs and your wants are important.  However, the mutual intention sets the tone and the results.

Yes! I understand.  Many lives have been compromised because of this incessant mental chatter or wanting something else (instead of what you have).
 
It takes a while to heal from a life run from mostly the demanding mind.  You will learn how the body self-heals and you will be freed from important life-altering disconnects to our body and feelings.  Habits can be changed in this quiet process of re-connecting.  The mind is neuroplastic and has been known with MRI to change its physical structure too!
 
You may be in a mode to receive and regenerate.

We will adapt to your needs. You may need at least 4 sessions in order to build up and learn a stronger relaxation response.  As you grow in your awareness you will build more benefits into this life-enhancing process.

As we know your objectives we can adapt to your requests. Please do not do a random massage because you get random results often.  Push the envelope to ensure it is incremental and holistic and get maximum benefits!
 
Rmt is great for sports, but you may not be into sports or have just muscular tightness  You may need to feel a great sense of well-being which come from an enhanced flow of chi and circulation.  
 
This is what many people seek! Not just a stressful or painful massage but one that rejuvenates and restores you and is conducive to feeling great living in your body!

Is it painful?

no it is not painful like RMT's  deep tissue. however i can be deep as we go.
 
However my goal is not to give you pain but to release pain.  Thus the importance to discuss your relationship with pain.
 
If you want to release pain (we co -create this)  then you have to embrace the pain first , hiding it or escaping it will not bring self-healing.  It is your choice and so are the results that accompany your choice.  
 
However there are many times we don't feel anything until we have massage. It is surprising to many who don't ever consider that their body has a voice and it speaks loudly.
 
There are some clients who have pain the first few days. IT IS NOT BECAUSE I AM HARD IT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF BALANCE. THIS IS THE BODY SPEAKING THAT YOU ARE ALIVE AND YOUR BODY IS RESPONDING TO THE MASSAGE VERY WELL.  HOWEVER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE SELF-HEALING I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHORT LIVED RESULTS. 
 
EVERYBODY RESPONDS DIFFERENTLY TO MASSAGE. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE PAIN IT DOESN'T MEAN ANOTHER PERSON WITH EXACTLY THE SAME MASSAGE WILL HAVE SAME RESULTS AND FEELINGS.  PAIN IS A GOOD SIGN THAT IT IS WORKING TO BENEFIT YOU.  WESTERN MEDICINE HAS INGRAINED IN US THAT WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO FEEL ANYTHING BECAUSE THE DRUGS SEDATE OR STOP CERTAIN CONDITIONS THAT WERE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE HELP THE HEALING PROCESS.  I REALLY NEED TO BE CLEAR THAT HEALING CRISIS CAN HURT A BIT BUT JUST A PASSING PROCESS.  
 
I NEED TO EMPHASIZE THAT HEALING MASSAGE IS VERY POWERFUL TO ACTIVATE YOUR HEALING AND YOU MAY HAVE SOME PAIN BUT YOU WILL NORMALIZE. SO THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR.  WOULD YOU RATHER TAKE A PILL OR EXERCISE 20 HOURS? IF MASSAGE CAN HELP YOUR BODY REBALANCE IN A FEW HOURS, IT MAY BE TIME TO BE GRATEFUL  YOU ARE GETTING RESULTS!

Please book 2 hours. You need to broken in. Don't get me wrong. Clients have gotten their lives back by re connecting with their bodies. They were taking drugs and have  started a downward spiral mentally and physically as an example. Or they have forgotten to relate at a deeper level with their family...... Never understimate the power of restoration and body mind connection.  It is very powerful and effective to change lives.

this is a unique and natural program to enhance your quality of life and sexual life.  First it is very relaxing however it is more.  It has healing restorative properties.   
 
It is for the men who can go beyond their limited past ideas of just pleasure because this pleasure is more expansive and built on your inside out effects of a body that is tuned to a greater ocean of flow.  The body re learns how to feel! But this is not genital based exclusively nor is it cheap erotic movements.  This is real massage for real men for real results!  YES THIS IS MASSAGE but based on mind body connection to ensure you transcend the performance stressors!
 
It is a professionally, holistically and energetically performed protocol to cater to men's sexual issues with body- mind therapies.  There is much body awareness building through massage but obviously if it is emotional than you need to look a bit deeper...however this is extremely effective under many circumstances whether erectile dys funtion or endurance or orgasmic feelings.  and have seen many men come back to life.
 
Please follow the instruction on how to get started on my men's health page. i will need to know your situation and your goals before i start my process. you wil need to walk before you run.
