Be curious about what your body is saying to you?

If you don't look and experience your body..being embodied....you may not know that it's working in the background for you......you will not know how you are doing and progressing. You may have the challenge to know what is working and not working for you exactly but you feel different. It can be a subtle experience but let it expand and give it time....As you learn your body language will expand your somatic vocabulary and experiences....and its a wonderful experience to live in your "spaceship"..... not so bad afterall?
